Return and Refund Policy

 

Hey Bestie!

So, something wasn’t bracelet-level amazing? That’s okay — we still love you. 💖 Returns and refunds can be awkward, but we make it as painless as breaking up with your toxic ex (read: quick, clean, and with a little sass).


🛍️ Can I Return It?

You totally can if:

  • It’s within 30 days of delivery. 
  • It’s unworn (no perfume, sweat, or glitter explosions, please).
  • It’s in its original packaging (we love a neat queen).
  • You didn’t customize it (because “Besties 4Eva” in pink rhinestones is very specific).
     

💸 Refund Me, Please

Once we get your bracelet back and confirm it’s still fabulous, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Easy peasy, sparkly breezy. ✨

P.S. Shipping fees are non-refundable — because USPS doesn’t accept payment in good vibes.


🔁 Exchanges?

We don’t do direct exchanges (our system isn’t that advanced — yet), but you can return your item and order a new one separately! Think of it like a wardrobe refresh.


🧃 My Bracelet Arrived Busted :(

Ugh, we hate that for you. If your bracelet showed up damaged, email us ASAP with a photo at [email address], and we’ll make it right. Fast. Like, caffeine-on-a-Monday fast.


🕺 How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at [email address] with your order number and reason for return. 
  2. We’ll send you return instructions (and maybe a virtual hug).
  3. You ship it back.
  4. Refund magic happens.
